LASO Iron Chef 2013 | Recap

Every year the Loyola Asian Student Organizatio (LASO) hosts a community Iron Chef event based on the television series of the same name. Teams from different schools and organizations are invited each year to compete for a trophy, gift cards to any John Besh restaurant, and bragging rights. Also every year there is a different secret ingredient each team must implement in each of their dishes (appetizer, entree, dessert). This year's secret ingredient is bananas. The teams were told the secret ingredient just one day before the actual competition.

I tried to edit this video to make it feel like a regular episode of 'Iron Chef', but unfortunately the poor audio quality was a major issue. It was a wonderful failed experiment, though!
